Good Space is a leading workplace and life skills program that guides individuals in building and strengthening their resilience when faced with abusive and aggressive customer situations. 

It directs individuals to create a plan tailored to their specific needs, and as a team, how they can support one another to recharge more effectively. 

Available online, in-person, or in a hybrid format, it is tailored to your operating environment. It offers response and recovery tools for both staff and leadership teams.

    IN-PERSON — ONSITE

    In-person onsite training is the best option when you can bring your team together in one place. This form of training generates the highest engagement and receives the most positive feedback. Our in-person certified training days consist of theory, active discussions, and scenario-based training. Staff leave with knowledge of the good space frameworks they can apply as soon as they step out the door.

    Engaging with our real and very human trainers through an interactive online platform. If we can’t be there in person, then coming together online is the next best thing. It’s cost-effective and ideal for geographically dispersed teams.

    We understand the limitations of online training, so we divide the training day into smaller chunks that are easier for your teams to digest while covering the same training objectives. You will go through the same story and training frameworks – it’s now up to you to put it into action.

    We have our Good Space training day, showcasing all frameworks condensed into an easy-to-follow online course that effectively incorporates animation and video. It’s perfect as a refresher course or a brief course for new starters.

    Customisable, we recommend ‘bookending’ the course with key messages from your people to give it a sense of your organisation.
